Lifetime Warranty

The Kiloniner Lifetime Warranty covers our K9R line of products from defects in manufacturing and materials for the lifetime of the product. Kiloniner will repair or replace any manufacturing or material defects of these products free of charge. 

Our Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of products or if they are chewed up by your pet, and we can’t cover them if they are lost or stolen. There are repair and other options available for issues that are not covered by our Lifetime Warranty. Email us with any issues at info@kiloninerpets.com.
