Kiloniner Limited Lifetime Warranty

At Kiloniner, we build gear that's made to last. We proudly stand behind the quality of our products and the customers who trust them. Our Limited Lifetime Warranty covers genuine Kiloniner K9R products against defects in materials and workmanship for the expected service life of the product under normal intended use, subject to the terms and conditions below.

If a K9R product is found to have a defect in materials or workmanship, Kiloniner will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product at no charge. If the original product has been discontinued or is no longer available, it may be replaced with the same or a comparable product.

What's Covered

• Defects in materials.
• Defects in workmanship under normal intended use.

What's Not Covered

This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear from regular use, including cosmetic fading, scuffs, stains, dirt, surface abrasion, or aging of materials.
• Damage caused by chewing, scratching, digging, or other pet-related damage.
• Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, improper care, improper fit, modifications, unauthorized repairs, or use outside the product's intended purpose.
• Damage caused by exposure to chemicals, fire, excessive heat, or other environmental hazards.
• Lost or stolen products.

Warranty Evaluation

Kiloniner reserves the right to inspect any product submitted for warranty evaluation before approving a repair or replacement. Warranty coverage will be determined after inspection of the product and in accordance with the terms of this warranty.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping warranty items to Kiloniner for evaluation. If a warranty claim is approved, Kiloniner will cover the cost of standard return shipping for the repaired or replacement product.

Repairs Outside of Warranty

Even if your product is not covered under our Limited Lifetime Warranty, we may still be able to help. Repair services and replacement options may be available depending on the condition of the product.

Authorized Purchases

This warranty applies only to genuine Kiloniner K9R products purchased directly from Kiloniner or through an authorized Kiloniner dealer or distributor. Proof of purchase may be requested to verify warranty eligibility.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

1. Email info@kiloninerpets.com with:Your proof of purchase (if available).A brief description of the issue.Clear photos showing the product and the area of concern.
2. Our team will review your claim and contact you with the next steps. Additional photos or information may be requested if needed.
3. If inspection is required, we'll provide instructions for returning the product. Customers are responsible for shipping the product to Kiloniner unless otherwise stated.
4. After evaluation, we'll repair or replace the product if it qualifies under this warranty. If the issue is not covered, we'll discuss available repair or replacement options whenever possible.

Limitation of Warranty

This Limited Lifetime Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable unless otherwise required by applicable law. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship only. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kiloniner shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product. Some states or countries do not allow certain limitations or exclusions, so these limitations may not apply to you.
