Kiloniner will repair or replace any manufacturing or material defects of these products free of charge.
Our Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of products or if they are chewed up by your pet, and we can’t cover them if they are lost or stolen. There are repair and other options available for issues that are not covered by our Lifetime Warranty.
