Just soak it in water, wring it out, and put it on your pet. When dry or to reactivate the cooling properties just repeat the process.

No customer service

Customer service non existent. Filled out the return/exchange form on the website numerous times with no action, and FB messages unanswered. Purchase was made mid October. Product is fine for what it is. Just make sure you get the right size or you will be stuck with it. The Schemagh (neck scarf) does not stretch so when you measure your dog’s neck (as kiloniner recommends) make sure your dogs head is not larger than the neck measurement or it will not fit over the head to be worn.
